Blinding Sun

“Who stole my ship, bloody stars, who stole my ship?!!” I watched from my hostel’s window the old man shout in the crowded marketplace. People, oh they laughed, they laughed at him so hard. A curious kid went close to him smiling, thinking it was a game, when his mother took him by the arm furiously and shouted at him. “Never do you get close to him again, my little kid, can’t you see that he’s mad, oh what a wild and crazy man?!! Oh dear, I hope you didn't get infected! Let me check your throat.”
The crazy man however took no notice, no, no, no, he’s searching, he needs to find! “My ship! Who took it?! Is it you, selling your deceiving red apples, did you hide it?! Or is it you, pure priest, selling your stories to poor and innocent people?!” The crazy man blinded from madness fell on his knees. Rays of sun were too powerful to his eyes. Old he was, yet he remembered something his father told him as he was a kid, when he tried to convince the people differently. “The light outside is too strong, any other light would be just swallowed, other light can only be seen at darkness. Remember that son.”
The old man drenched in salty tears, took some soil from the ground and washed his face. “Where is my ship?!” Drops of blood found their way falling on the soil. People laughed, oh they laughed so hard! Light stronger than ever!
Suddenly shadows covered the old man. A youth stood above him blocking the sun, an honest smiling one. The old crazy man looked at him with hopeful eyes. As the youth offered his hand, the crazy man accepted it immediately. Time stopped for him. “Are you my ship? Are you taking me to it? Am I going to my peaceful home?”
The youth’s firm gaze, made the old man feel shielded and safe. The youth answered him, “Can’t you see that the ship was already there? Always waiting for you. You only needed to cover your eyes, and open them again. Here it is, can’t you see it?”
The old man covered his eyes and closed them. When he opened them, he smiled. He was not standing in the crowded market place. A breeze of the saltiness of the sea filled the air, sounds of gulls announced that water was filled with fish, and in front of him, there it stood… The old man looked at the youth with tearful eyes. “That’s my ship, my beloved ship, I am finally going home?! Home.”

Mine Precious Diamond

Ahhh, Finally, I find it!
If only you can see what my eyes are looking at now,
A diamond… I mean the diamond, I mean my Diamond!
Aye, the precious Diamond I searched for, for, wow,
many life times it was…

The road, ha, the road which got me here
Well, well, let me tell you
It was long, tiring, dangerous, too long
Aye, lad, too long.
You’d find on my skin, dry red stamps
Taste of salt, scars, oh, them many scars…
How many nights, how many days
How many dreams, how many false roads
How many battles, how many fake diamonds I found

Well, no matter, no matter,
It was worth it, all this I’ve been through, am I not right?!
After all I’m standing here, looking at the hypnotizing Diamond!
The thing I want most, the only thing I want…
It is not mine to take, it would be a sin!
Yet, will I agree to watch someone else take it,
When I can make it shine the hardest?!
Even a bigger sin!!

You should see what I am looking upon now…
I smile and inhale…
Mine Holy Sin
I reach my arm…
To Mine Precious Diamond

Northern Star

Meaning! This bloody meaning we keep searching for!

You open your eyes in the morning. Something urges you to wake up, to do something, to satisfy your personal needs (no matter how lazy you are, at the end you do open your eyes, sorry people). Now, you get up, brush your teeth maybe, eat some breakfast; a good plate of ‘Coco Pops’ and milk will do. Yet what is it, what is it that gives us desire to live and go on seeking for more and more, and have this feeling, that, well that, that NEVER, NO, absolutely NEVER ENOUGH! No such word in our dictionary as ENOUGH!
Why? Why do you choose to live? Is it, fear of death and the unknown (or maybe known, depends on what you convinced yourself about the truth), is it to fulfill a dream or two, is it to live for your beloved ones, is it to enjoy life no matter what and play with the toys of life so not to get bored until the time comes to say good-bye, is it to continue the way of nature and the world, or maybe, maybe is it just to… well I don’t know, just something!

Life is a show (with spotlights, stages, actors and scripts), when what we are, is a combination of what we sense analyzed with the past and thoughts that we have built in our mind over ‘time’. We live to adapt, we are a ‘mask lovers’ lot.

Personally, a meaning in life is not what I search for, na, I lied, I do search for it like every little and big bastard living this ‘mortal’ world does (don’t take mortal seriously I don’t mean it), it is what makes us human after all, a desire, venom of want endlessly flowing in our blood and circulating our poor and fragile body.
I have a northern star, guiding me on my way. No compass and no map though, no clear destination. I follow this northern star which gets carried with the wind of change. Sometimes it shines hard sometimes it shines dimly, yet it is this northern star that keeps me alive, keeps me wanting to live. Because a human without his northern star, is like, is like, a monkey without a banana, is like an elephant without the mouse trauma, is like Jerry without cheese, is like Disney without Lion King (imagine Disney without Lion King, do you see how DRAMATIC this is?!!)!

“So, ahoy, lads! Open sails, winds blowing, star shining harder than ever, let the waves rage and let us raise a glass at them doubtful dark nights. Cosmic sailors we are, remember, lads! The bards shall sing our journeys and tales, we die, yet they remain! So, cheers! Keep your eyes open and ears sharp, you will hear us and you shall see us! We live to die and die to live! We live our own personal and brilliant lie! We are a form of energy, we are those bloody creatures called human beings! Here we go!!!”
